Fully Automatic Water Treatment System

The fully automatic water treatment system is a water purification equipment that integrates pretreatment, reverse osmosis membrane separation, post-treatment, and intelligent control. The pre-treatment of this machine adopts stainless steel multi-media filtration and activated carbon filtration, effectively removing large particle impurities and suspended solids. The main unit adopts high-quality high-efficiency low-pressure composite membranes, with a single membrane desalination rate of 99%, and the effluent standard fully meets the national pure water standard.

Product process flow

Raw water → Raw water tank → Raw water pump → Multi medium filter → Activated carbon filter → Security filter → High pressure pump → Reverse osmosis device → Pure water tank → Water point

1. During the pretreatment stage, remove large particle impurities and colloids to protect the RO membrane

2.The core processing stage is to pressurize water through a high-pressure pump, forcing water molecules to pass through the RO membrane

3. The post-processing stage is to further process the RO produced water to prepare ultrapure water
