What makes alcoholic drinks different from regular drinks?

1. Fermentation: Most drinks that don't have alcohol, don't need to be fermented. One fermentation process is all that is needed for a non-alcoholic drink that is fermented. But most of the time, alcoholic drinks need a second fermentation. SUS304 or SUS316 are the most common types of stainless steel fermentation tanks on the market. They are used to make almost all types of alcoholic drinks. These tanks need very precise control of temperature, time, and microbial activity during the fermentation process. They have sterile air vents or positive-pressure sterilization systems and are designed with dimples or jackets to move heating or cooling media around to get the right taste and alcohol level. 2. Packaging: Non-alcoholic drinks can usually be packaged in a number of ways, including PET bottles, aseptic cartons, stand-up pouches, and more. But alcoholic drinks often need special packaging to keep them from evaporating and going bad. So, the two most common ways to package alcoholic drinks are in bottles and in cans.
