Production process flow

Gable top carton filling machine is mainly divided into two major steps in the production process: box making and filling

1. Box making production process: roof box paper sheet → manual box loading → manual bottom pre folding → bottom heating → pressure sealing forming → opening paper closure. 

2. Capping machine: manual lid placement → manual box placement → ultrasonic welding → opening and covering paper box

3. Filling production process: manual box placement onto the track → top pre folding → filling → top sealing and forming → printing date → the entire operation process of the roof packaging product filling machine is automatically controlled by computer programs, while the rest is automatically controlled by electrical appliances.
