Before sealing, there is a bottle mouth flushing setting to ensure that there is no mold on the bottle mouth. This machine adopts a magnetic torque type cap screw head to achieve the integrated function of cap grabbing and cap screwing. The tightening torque is infinitely adjustable and has a constant torque sealing function. The entire machine adopts advanced technologies such as touch screen control and computer program control. It has functions such as automatic control of the cap supply system, automatic detection of filling temperature, high temperature alarm, low temperature shutdown and automatic reflux, no bottle cover, waiting for missing bottles, and stopping due to missing caps.
