Moroccan Client Visits Intop Machinery to Inspect Yogurt Production Line

This week we welcomed a client from Morocco who came to check on progress with his yogurt production line. He had flown in specifically to see the equipment running before it ships, and honestly, that kind of visit is always our favorite kind — no slideshows, just steel and stainless tanks doing their job.

He arrived at the factory in the morning and went straight to the workshop floor. Our engineering team walked him through the whole line step by step: the mixing and pasteurization tanks, the homogenizer, the fermentation tanks, and the filling and packing section at the end. He spent a long time around the fermentation tanks in particular, asking about temperature control and how we handle batch consistency when the ambient conditions in Morocco are hotter and drier than what we usually test for in Hubei.

One thing he brought up more than once was hygiene design — how the pipework is laid out, how easy the tanks are to clean, and whether the CIP system could handle his planned production schedule without adding too much downtime between batches. Our technicians ran a short CIP cycle for him on the spot so he could see the flow rate and coverage for himself, rather than just hearing about it. He also asked to see the control panel in operation, and our electrical engineer walked him through the PLC settings, including how alarms are triggered if temperature or pressure drift outside range.

By the afternoon we were back on the factory floor doing a final review of the equipment list against his order, checking capacity numbers, and confirming a few small modifications he wanted based on his local water quality and power supply. Our team made notes on the changes right there so nothing gets lost between the visit and the final build. He also asked good questions about spare parts and what a typical maintenance schedule looks like once the line is installed, which we were glad to go through with him in detail.

Before he left for the airport, he told us the visit gave him a lot more confidence than photos or video calls ever could — being able to touch the machine, watch it cycle, and talk directly with the engineers made the difference. That's really the whole point of having clients visit the factory in person. Equipment specs on paper only tell part of the story; seeing the build quality and talking through the details face to face is what builds real trust.

We're now finalizing the last adjustments to his yogurt line and will share more updates as production and shipping move forward. We're always glad to host clients who want to see their equipment before it leaves our workshop, and we look forward to welcoming more visitors from Morocco and across North Africa in the months ahead.
