Autoclave Retort

The autoclave retort is mainly composed of a pot body, pot cover, opening device, locking wedge block, safety interlock device, track, sterilization basket, steam nozzle, and several pipe openings. The pot body is made of acid resistant and heat-resistant stainless steel, and the pot cover is sealed with an inflatable silicone rubber heat-resistant sealing ring, which is reliable in sealing and has a long service life. The retort uses steam at a certain pressure as the heat source, which has the characteristics of large heating area, high thermal efficiency, uniform heating, short boiling time of liquid materials, and easy control of heating temperature.

Sterilization method

1. Hot water circulation sterilization: During sterilization, all items in the pot are soaked in hot water, and this sterilization method distributes heat evenly.

2. Steam sterilization: After the food is put into the pot, it is directly heated by steam. Due to the presence of air in the pot during the sterilization process, cold spots may appear, resulting in uneven heat distribution in this sterilization method.

3. Water spray sterilization: Hot water is sprayed onto objects through nozzles on both sides or the top of the retort, spraying mist like wavy hot water onto the surface of the objects for sterilization.
