Coil UHT Sterilizer

The coil UHT sterilizer is applicable to the instantaneous sterilization of liquid materials such as fresh milk, fruit juice drinks, ice cream, ice cream slurry, soy sauce, soybean milk, condensed milk, alcohol, and can also be used for the sterilization of fluid materials. The feeding and discharging of this equipment are both equipped with three-way valves, and the flow rate can be adjusted as needed. If matched with a high-pressure homogenizer, it can also be used for sterilization of high viscosity liquids.

Product working Principle:

Generally, materials are pumped into a coil UHT sterilizer by a centrifugal pump, preheated by a hot and cold material heat exchange device, and then quickly heated to the sterilization temperature through a high-pressure high-temperature barrel, and maintained for about 3 seconds before and after this. Microorganisms and enzyme bacteria inside are quickly killed. After the material is discharged from the high-temperature barrel, it is cooled by heat exchange with the cold material, and the temperature is generally below 65 ℃. If the temperature needs to be increased in the next process, it can be achieved by adjusting the angle type shut-off valve or other means. Conversely, it is called lowering the discharge temperature by connecting cooling water, and the discharge is controlled by a throttle valve. When cleaning the sterilization machine, it should be fully turned on. The circulating storage tank can be used to prepare acid-base solutions and effectively clean the scale on the inner wall of the coil.
