Bottle Tilting Sterilizer

The bottle tilting sterilizer mainly completes the sterilization process through a conveyor chain system, bottle body reversing chain system, rack, and bottle reversing rod, without any pollution to the bottles. It is controlled by frequency conversion and the conveyor chain speed can be adjusted. And it automatically flips, sterilizes, and resets. The filled beverage is automatically inverted by 90 degrees, and the bottle cap and inner wall are sterilized again using the high temperature of the canned beverage itself. After completion, the bottle is automatically placed upright. The length and size of the bottle reversing sterilization system are calculated based on the customer's required filling output per hour, and are generally used in conjunction with spray cooling equipment. After bottle pouring sterilization, the spray cooling equipment is connected to the conveyor belt to spray cool the bottles, completing the entire sterilization and cooling process.

After being filled and sealed, the bottle enters the bottle tilting sterilizer through the bottle conveying chain. The rubber tube on the bottle body flipping chain, the bottle flipping guide rod, and the bottle conveying chain work together to rotate the bottle 90 degrees and place it flat on the flipping chain. At this time, the high-temperature material inside the bottle fills the bottle mouth, sterilizing the inner wall of the bottle cap. Then, the bottle automatically stands upright and is transported to the next process by the bottle conveying chain belt.
