Bottle Unscrambler

The bottle unscrambler is used for the sorting of disordered polyester bottles. Scattered and unmarked bottles are fed into the bottle storage circle of the bottle unscrambler through the elevator. With the push of the turntable, the bottles enter the bottle compartment and position themselves. Through the action of the bottle flipping device and air flow, the bottles are sorted into upright bottle mouths and output through the pneumatic bottle conveying system to enter the next process. Our equipment uses high-quality imported electrical components, PLC full process control, and variable frequency speed regulation to ensure stable bottle discharge without bottle tipping or squeezing. The bottle outlet is equipped with an automatic removal device for unqualified bottles such as reverse bottles and deformed bottles. The production capacity ranges from 3000-24000 bottles per hour.

1. Our bottle unscrambler adopts a PLC control system, which can adjust production capacity and automatically remove bottles that have been squeezed or deformed.

2. The motor reducer of the equipment adopts a torque limiting mechanism, which may damage the machine in case of malfunction.

3. Adopting a two-stage recommendation bottle sorting mechanism to ensure that each bottle dropping station has bottles and improve bottle dispensing efficiency.

4. Using a hanging bottle mouth conveying duct to prevent bottles from tipping over during transportation.

5. There is a mechanism for removing damaged bottles.

6. Equipped with a bottle jam detector, it automatically shuts down and alarms when a bottle gets stuck.

7. There is a bottle free detector installed to send a working signal to the elevator, which will automatically replenish the bottles.

8. There is a photoelectric switch installed on the bottle conveying duct to control the start and stop of the bottle sorting machine.

9. The bottle sorting machine is equipped with an oil nozzle, which can easily add lubricating oil to gears, bearings, and cams.

10. There are maintenance doors and mold replacement doors available.

11. The main electrical components (frequency converter, PLC, photoelectric switch, relay) are all made of MITSUBISHI, OMRON, SIEMENS and other components.

12. The pneumatic system adopts imported products.
