Product working principle

The crushing and juicer presses the material by gradually increasing the bottom diameter and decreasing the pitch along the direction of the slag outlet through a spiral. The rotation direction of the spiral spindle is counterclockwise when viewed from the feeding hopper towards the slag hopper. The raw materials are added to the feeding hopper and are compressed under the push of the screw. The squeezed juice flows into the bottom juice container through the filter screen, while the waste is discharged through the annular gap formed between the screw and the conical part of the pressure regulating head. The size of the gap can be adjusted by moving the pressure regulating head along the axial direction. By manually rotating the handwheel bearing seat handwheel, the gap size between the pressure regulating head and the spiral cone surface can be changed, that is, adjusting the resistance of slag discharge can change the slag discharge rate. However, if the gap is too small, under strong squeezing, some of the slag particles will be squeezed out through the filter screen together with the juice. Although the juice output increases, the quality of the juice relatively decreases. The size of the gap should be determined according to the specific process requirements of the user. Thus achieving the automatic separation of juice and residue.
