Double Stage Pulping Machine

The double stage pulping machine is suitable for pre cooked softened stone fruits (tomatoes, mangoes, peaches, apricots, etc.), berries (kiwis, strawberries), and nuts (apples, pears, etc.). Its characteristics are automatic separation of pulp, slag, and core. The upper layer removes the core and skin, while the lower layer separates the pulp and slag. All areas in contact with the material are made of sanitary grade stainless steel and high-quality edible rubber, with good corrosion resistance and no contamination of the material, ensuring food hygiene.

Precautions for operation

1. The machine must be installed horizontally and fixed with foot screws.

2. Tighten all bolts on the entire machine and check if all screws inside the shaft are loose. Clean the inside and outside of the machine to maintain cleanliness.

3. Connect the power supply of the transmission motor and confirm that the rotation direction of the machine is consistent with the direction indicator.

4.After running for 5 minutes and confirming that everything is normal, the machine can be fed normally.

5. Then add the material evenly without impact. Depending on the specific situation of slag and slurry discharge, adjust the helix angle of the scraper and the gap between the scraper and the sieve appropriately after shutdown to ensure that the juice content of the slag meets the process requirements.

6.When shutting down, simply cut off the motor power supply. Do not open the front cover of the cylinder when the rotor has not stopped rotating. Rotate the handwheel counterclockwise to open the front cover of the cylinder.

7. After each shift, the filter screen must be washed with water and a brush. When cleaning, open the front cover of the cylinder and unscrew the tension screw on one end of the spline to easily extract the rotor components, and the screen mesh can be directly removed.

8. Regularly check whether the motor is overloaded and overheating, and whether the bearing parts are lubricated with oil.
