Product working principle

The electric motor is driven by a belt to rotate the scraper installed on the spline shaft at high speed. When the crushed fruit enters the pulping machine through the feeding port, the pulp tray evenly discharges the material to the scraper and screen. Due to the rotating effect of the scraper and the existence of the lead angle, the material moves along the cylinder towards the outlet end, with a spiral trajectory. The material is scraped by centrifugal force during the movement between the scraper and the sieve cylinder, and the juice and meat are sent into the next process through the sieve holes. The skin and seeds are discharged from the slag hopper to achieve automatic separation. By changing the size of the sieve and adjusting the lead angle of the scraper, different beating speeds can be changed to achieve satisfactory results.
