Components of the product

Working principle

1. Shear force, the fluid flows at high speed under high pressure and passes through the gap of the homogenization valve of the homogenizer. Due to the large velocity gradient generated, the droplets are broken under the action of shear force, achieving the purpose of homogenization.

2. Hole effect, under high pressure, causes the material liquid to flow through the gap at high speed, resulting in high-frequency vibration and rapid alternating compression and expansion, instantly causing hole phenomenon and droplet rupture, achieving homogenization.
