Process flow

Strawberry Juice Production Line mainly include this process :

Raw Material Selection → Soaking → Destemming and Removing stems → Rinsing → Heat Treatment → Crushing → Juicing → Coarse Filtration → Deaeration → Clarification → Filtration → Blending → Sterilization → Canning and Sealing → Cooling → Finished Product

1. First, select strawberries with a high juice yield as raw materials, then use an air bubble cleaning machine to remove dirt and impurities from the surface of the strawberries. Transfer them to a sorting table to remove damaged or rotten fruit, and then use a destemming machine to remove the strawberry stems.

2. First, use a crusher to crush the strawberries to improve the juice yield during juicing. After juicing, filter to obtain the strawberry juice concentrate.

3.  Transfer the strawberry juice concentrate to an enzymatic hydrolysis tank and add pectinase to improve the clarity of the strawberry concentrate.

4. Generally, the sugar content of the filtered strawberry concentrate is above 45% and the acid content is 0.6% to 0.7%, so the filtered strawberry concentrate needs to be transferred to a mixing tank and mixed with water, granulated sugar, citric acid, and other flavoring agents.

5. After mixing, sterilize using a UHT sterilizer at 121°C for 10 seconds or a pasteurizer at 76.6-82.2°C for 20 to 30 minutes.
