Papaya Juice Production Line

The production process for a papaya juice production line：

Papaya selection → Washing → Peeling and seeding → Crushing and pulping → Heating to inactivate enzymes → Mixing → Colloid mill → Homogenization → Sterilization → Automatic filling and sealing → Packaging

1. Selection of Papayas: Choose fresh, fleshy papayas with a ripeness of 80% to 90%.  

2. Crushing and Pulping: Crush and pulp the peeled and seeded papayas with water , then filter the mixture through a centrifuge (with a silk cloth) to obtain papaya pulp.  

3. Heating: Boil the papaya pulp and then cool it down to inactivate the enzymes present in the pulp.  

4. Ingredient Mixing: Add the appropriate amount of granulated sugar, citric acid, skimmed milk powder, and stabilizers to the papaya pulp, and mix evenly using a colloid mill.  

5. Homogenization: Heat the mixture to 60–70°C using a plate heat exchanger, then homogenize it at 25–30 MPa using a high-pressure homogenizer. Sterilize with high-pressure steam (110°C, 15 min) and cool down to around 43°C to obtain the mixed liquid.  

6. Bottling and Sealing: The emulsion after ultra-high temperature treatment is automatically bottled and sealed by a filling machine, which must be placed in a sterile room, and the sealing aluminum foil must also be sterile.  

7. Sterilization: The sealed papaya health drink is then immersed in a water bath at 85°C for 15 minutes before cooling.
