Passion Fruit Juice Production Line

Commercial passion fruit juice making processing line process

Raw Material → Washing → (Peeling) → Crushing → Softening → Multiple Stages of Pulping → Multi-Effect Concentration → Blending → Degassing → Homogenization → High-Temperature Instant Sterilization → Filling and Sealing (PET bottles, glass bottles, aluminum cans, etc.)

In the present work, it was implemented in a passion fruit processing production line. The process flow design is raw material acceptance, cleaning, peeling & crushing , softening multiple stages of pulping, concentration, and finally sterilization and filling. It is getting into the press and separation phase after washing to sorting, manual peeling based on color protection as its production steps. The passion fruit is dropped into the breaking machine, peeling and some core seeds of it are separated from juice; Juice then goes to pulping separation systems for more seedless works plus clear production. Then, we gently evaporate the juice under single-effect pressure and an aroma recovery step to preserve juice quality and preserved flavor. The concentrate is eventually sterilised by heating, then filled aseptically using an aseptic filler

Intop can provide a complete production line for passion fruit processing, including seed and no-seed juice which engineered to feature with 5-30T/H flexible capacity within 60~90 working days from concept sampling stage all the way through delivery of your full-scale commercial system. All SUS304/316 stainless steel configured equipment is available; in order to defend against any non-edible impassable white peel that prevents +100% juice yield while ensuring free debris remaining with liquid cell wall treated residue substance will avoid expensive waste effects on your budget demands. Moreover, if you want to make some seedless passion fruit beverage the seeds are 100% removable without sacrificed any property of final taste and chewing textural.

Each equipment of passion fruit processing production line adopts the international famous brand, for example Schneider and Siemens to guarantee it work stably and safely. It has high environmental performance, energy recovery rate is 30~40% and tube sterilizer equipped. It utilizing aseptic bag filling machine greatly improve accuracy to 99.5% so as can save production cost and avoid waste materials .Additionally, the material filled can be stored at room temperature for a year or more, eliminating the costs and risks of low-temperature refrigerated transportation.

Furthermore, the control system of the passion fruit processing production line is fully automated. The user interface is clear, enabling one-click operation and greatly reducing labor costs. The PLC control system has data recording capabilities, allowing for monitoring and tracing of the production process at any time. We also have a complete mechanism for on-site startup and operator training, with a professional installation and training team ready to provide technical support at any time.
