The heating principle of the electric heating reaction tank is to use an electric heating rod to heat the heat transfer oil inside the jacket, so that the temperature of the heat transfer oil rises to the required temperature, and then a temperature controller controls the electric heating rod to cut off power and maintain a constant temperature; The heating principle of the steam heating reaction tank is to introduce boiler steam into the jacket of the reaction tank, transfer the heat of the steam into the tank, and make the materials inside the tank absorb heat for reaction. There are three ways of steam heat transfer: jacket heat transfer, coil heat transfer, and semi coil heat transfer.
