Product Description

Our vacuum concentrator is all made of high-quality stainless steel materials, with compact structure and beautiful appearance. The vacuum concentrator mainly consists of six components: condenser, cooler, gas-liquid separator, concentration tank, connecting pipe, and liquid receiving tank. The concentration tank is a jacket structure, the condenser is a tubular structure, and the cooler is a serpentine structure. The concentration ratio is 1.35-1.45

Vacuum Concentrator

Product working principle

The vacuum concentrator is equipped with a jacket and a thermal insulation layer. The jacket is heated by steam or heat transfer oil, so as to indirectly heat the materials in the concentration tank to boiling. The foam with effective ingredients in the evaporated secondary steam is separated from the vapor liquid separator and returned to the tank. The rest of the steam is recovered to the receiving tank by the condenser.
